Finesse Flooring ("we", "us", "our") is a flooring supply and installation business based in West Yorkshire. This policy applies to information collected through this website, quote enquiries and orders placed with us.

- Contact details you provide when you request a quote, place an order or email us (name, email address, phone number, postcode).
- Details of the job you're enquiring about, such as room sizes, product preferences and property address for site visits and fitting.
- Order and payment information required to fulfil supply-only stock orders placed through our shop.
- Basic technical data (device type, pages viewed) collected by our website to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, provide quotes and arrange site visits or fittings.
- To process shop orders, arrange delivery or collection and provide customer support.
- To send job-related updates about work you have booked with us.
- To keep records for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted suppliers where necessary — for example, a flooring manufacturer or courier fulfilling a stock order — and with HMRC or other authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on active jobs. Order and invoice records are kept for at least 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
